Vinyasa, Explained
We’ll explore the most common poses and transitions found in flow classes. Such as plank, chaturanga, forward folds, lunges, backbends, and downward dog. We'll look at how they’re meant to work in the body, plus when and why to modify.
Balance the Flow
A balanced practice combining mindful vinyasa flow and yin-inspired holds to support joint health, mobility, and long-term strength.
Yoga for Beginners

Love Your Spine: Pilates for Back Strength & Pain Relief
A strong back starts from the inside out. In this workshop, you’ll learn how Pilates targets the deep stabilizing muscles that support your spine and help reduce pain from the neck all the way down to the lower back. We’ll explore common causes of discomfort throughout the spine, how posture and movement patterns impact each area, and move through specific Pilates exercises designed to build strength, stability, and mobility.
This supportive, all-levels workshop is perfect for anyone experiencing neck, upper, mid, or lower back pain - or looking to prevent it and move with more confidence in everyday life.
