Vinyasa with yin. Both can work together to support joint health and mobility, nervous system regulation, sustainable strength, recovery without losing momentum. Students will experience how slow, long-held yin postures and intentional vinyasa flow work together.

For students who may feel tight, stiff, or overworked. Or those who love flow but know they need to slow down.
