Empower Physical Therapy and Wellness was founded by Erica Saccoccio, DPT, a licensed physical therapist with over 15 years of experience in outpatient care. Erica combines deep clinical knowledge with a personal, compassionate approach to help you overcome pain, restore function, and return to what you love most.

A graduate of Northeastern University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program (Class of 2008), Erica has advanced training in TMJ treatment, trigger point dry needling, and breath work. You work directly with Erica at every stage of care, from initial evaluation through recovery, ensuring consistency, attention, and truly individualized treatment.

At the heart of her practice is listening first. By understanding your goals, movement patterns, and daily demands, Erica designs tailored treatment plans focused on movement quality, core stability, control, and posture—supporting lasting, functional recovery rather than short-term fixes.
