We are located at 153 Clinton Road, Suite 110, in Sterling, Massachusetts.

Bring a yoga mat and water bottle. If you don’t have a mat we have rentals available for $2/class.

Choose lightweight, breathable, and moisture-wicking attire to ensure comfort during your practice. Yoga is typically practiced barefoot and in clothing that allows for easy movement.
Steer clear of garments that are overly loose or baggy for the best experience.

We are NOT a hot yoga studio. Sterling Yoga Studio classes are typically taught in a room 70-75 degrees.

Our classes run for 60 minutes. Your body will receive the benefits of yoga even coming once a week. Two to three times a week or more is ideal.

We strongly recommend that you do so for ease of a smooth check-in process. However, we do allow drop-ins in all our classes.

All students may cancel their class registration anytime up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled class without penalty. For those canceling within the 2-hour window (or for no-shows), one class will be deducted from your package. Unlimited AutoPay Members will be charged a $5 late fee.

We recommend arriving to class at least 5 minutes in advance of scheduled class times to allow time for check in and set up before class begins. We cannot guarantee late entry to class. If you are not on time to class, your spot may be offered to someone waitlisted for class. Our cancellation policy applies if you are late and do not make it to class. If you arrive to the studio after a scheduled class time and the door is locked, you have missed the class. Thank you for understanding.

Our doors open 15 minutes before the start of each class.

Our studio keeps lost and found for one month. You are welcome to come pick up your lost item at any time the studio is open. If you are unable to stop by before a class, please text us and we will work with you to find another time to open the studio for pick up.
