Vinyasa Classes

Vinyasa Flow is shaped by the unique perspective and teaching style of the instructor, making every session a fresh experience. Unlike yoga traditions that follow a set sequence, Vinyasa Flow classes can differ in pace, intensity, theme, and structure. This variety means no two classes are ever quite the same.

Because each teacher brings their own background, personality, and approach to Vinyasa yoga, we encourage you to explore different classes and instructors. This way, you can find the styles and flows that resonate most with you. Learn about our three vinyasa yoga class styles below.

Vinyasa Flow

An all-levels class crafted to enhance strength, mobility, and flexibility through thoughtfully sequenced poses that offer a moderate level of challenge.

It’s an excellent choice for those who prefer a steady, balanced flow rather than the high intensity of power flows.

Slow Flow

Unwind and recharge with Slow Vinyasa, a mindful yoga class that guides you through a gentle, steady-paced flow. This class is designed to blend breath and movement, while providing the time and space to fully explore each posture with intention and awareness.

This class is perfect if you’re looking to move at a gentle pace, deepen your practice, or simply slow down, breathe, and reconnect.

Power Flow

This strong power vinyasa class is designed to challenge your practice through a strengthening, balancing, and energizing flow that builds toward one or more peak poses. Perfect for those seeking to build strength and break a sweat, this class offers a sequence that encourages growth and exploration.

Some prior yoga experience is recommended to fully engage with the flow and more complex postures.

Specialty Classes

Our Specialty Classes encompass a wide variety of yoga and movement styles, each with its own distinct methodology. These classes often require instructors to complete additional training and develop specialized teaching skills.

Mat Pilates

Pilates is a low-impact exercise method that shares a common goal with yoga: fostering a deep connection between body and mind. Both practices emphasize core strength, flexibility, and body awareness, creating a harmonious foundation for overall well-being. In Pilates, participants engage in controlled movements using various strength-building props, such as weights and TheraBands, to focus on alignment and stability, enhancing physical strength and mental clarity.

This unique approach offers a balanced workout that complements the mindful aspects of yoga, making it an ideal addition to any wellness journey. may also use additional props such as bolsters, blocks, blankets, and straps.
