Vinyasa, Explained

  • Sterling Yoga Studio 153 Clinton Road Sterling, MA, 01564 United States (map)

This class slows everything down and breaks vinyasa down pose by pose.

We’ll explore the most common poses and transitions found in flow classes. Such as plank, chaturanga, forward folds, lunges, backbends, and downward dog. We'll look at how they’re meant to work in the body, plus when and why to modify.

This is about building confidence, understanding alignment, and learning how to move smarter so vinyasa feels safe and easy to maintain.

For anyone, especially students who want to feel more confident in flow classes or those returning to practice.
