Build your yoga practice from the ground up in this 4-part Beginners Series designed to help you feel confident, safe, and supported on the mat. Each 90-minute session includes 60 minutes of pose breakdown and 30 minutes of gentle flow so you can immediately put what you learn into practice.
This is final session our series (February 12, April 9, May 7, and June 4), where you will explore foundational postures, simple sequences, and mindful breathing at a relaxed, beginner-friendly pace. You will leave each class with tools to move safely, breathe more fully, and step into any class on Sterling Yoga’s weekly schedule with confidence.
