In this workshop, you’ll learn how Pilates targets the deep stabilizing muscles that support your spine and help reduce pain from the neck all the way down to the lower back. We’ll explore common causes of discomfort throughout the spine, how posture and movement patterns impact each area, and move through specific Pilates exercises designed to build strength, stability, and mobility.
