This inversion‑free class is for anyone who wants all the benefits of yoga without going upside down. Move through a full, thoughtful class structure that keeps your head above your heart while you build strength, mobility, and confidence in your body.

You will learn creative, functional alternatives to traditional inverted poses so you can refine your practice, protect your joints, and feel at home on your mat, without Downward Dog, headstand, or shoulder stand. Each session focuses on joint-friendly mobility, practical strength, and body awareness using options that actually feel good for you.

Class focus:

  • Mobility-focused flows and functional strength work with no inversions.

  • Modifications and alternatives for common inverted poses so you can stay head over heart.

  • Support for joint longevity, balance, and nervous-system friendly movement.

  • Space to customize poses and get comfortable with your unique variations.

What’s not in this class:

  • No Downward Facing Dog.

  • No headstands.

  • No shoulder stands.

  • No poses with the head lower than the heart.
