Join Sarah for a workshop dedicated to protecting and strengthening your bones through yoga. Sarah is deeply committed to helping you take charge of your bone health with safe, thoughtful practices. Together, you'll build strength and stability while refining your alignment—with special focus on your spine and hips, the areas most at risk for fracture.

The January session features a new set of foundational postures and targeted strengthening poses. Breathwork is integrated throughout to encourage longer holds, soothe the nervous system, and enhance vitality. The practice is accessible for beginners and adaptable for experienced yogis, offering both therapeutic and empowering benefits.
