You will be guided through a series of smooth, unhurried poses, allowing you to flow from one posture to the next while building flexibility, balance, and strength.
This class is ideal for anyone looking to gently stretch and strengthen the body and is suitable for all levels, including beginners. We close with the healing vibrations of a sound bath, using singing bowls to support deep relaxation and reset.
